أربعة أسئلة يطرحها المرء على نفسه بعد أن تكون الأداة قد صنعت شيئاً بالفعل: لمن يعود ما صُنع وهل يجوز الاتجار به؛ وهل تُدرَّب النماذج على ما رفعتُه؛ وهل يمكن الانسحاب من ذلك؛ وهل تسم الأداة عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي.

هذه ليست مشورة قانونية ولا تأويلاً. فنحن لا نختزل الترخيص إلى «يجوز/لا يجوز» إن لم تفعل الوثيقة ذلك بنفسها، ولا نقرر عنك ما تعنيه صيغة بعينها.

المهم هنا ليس الأداة بل الباقة. فمن بين 44 إجابة تقول 27 صراحةً إن الحقوق تتوقف على الباقة. يجرّب المرء مجاناً، وينجز العمل — ثم يعلم لاحقاً أنه لا يستطيع بيعه.
