LTX Studio بيئة لإنتاج الفيديو من شركة Lightricks. مجموعة الأدوات بحسب صفحة الأداة واسعة: «Text-to-Video» و«Text-to-Image» و«Image-to-Video» و«Script-to-Video» و«AI Video to Video» و«AI Storyboard Generator» و«Pitch Deck Generator» و«Audio-to-Video generation» و«SDR to HDR video enhancement» و«Flows, node-based automation» و«Video-to-Video Control»، إضافة إلى حفظ الشخصيات والعناصر الثابتة — «Save and create consistent Elements».

مع أي منصات تعمل

الأداة لا تعلن عن منصات للنشر. المعلن هو LTX API وLTX-2 Playground مع التوثيق والوصول المؤسسي. ولا يُعلن عن التصدير إلى الشبكات الاجتماعية؛ البيان جزئي: المذكور طرق التضمين، لا المنصات.

كم يكلّف

الأسعار من صفحة الباقات، والعملة دولار أمريكي. Lite — «$15 /month»، ومع الدفع السنوي «$12 /month»، «Billed yearly $144». Standard (Popular) — «$35 /month»، ومع الدفع السنوي «$28 /month»، «Billed yearly $336». Pro — «$125»، ومع الدفع السنوي «$100 /month»، «Billed yearly $1,200». Enterprise — عند الطلب.

عن الخصومات. على الصفحة ملاحظتان: «Save 50% for Cyber Monday» و«FLUX.2 promotional offer valid until December 12, 2025». وكلتاهما منتهية: انقضت المدة في ديسمبر 2025، وأُجري التحقق في 4 أغسطس 2026. ولا يجوز اعتبار هذه الخصومات سارية: العبارة المنتهية لا تجعل السعر حيًّا.

ما هو مجاني

باقة Free معلنة على أنها دائمة — «$0 Forever» و«No billing» — لكنها مركّبة على نحو غير معتاد.

الأرصدة تُمنح مرة واحدة. «800 credits (one time)» — لا شهريًّا بل مرة واحدة: إذا نفدت، انتهى معها العمل المجاني.

والإمكانات مع ذلك كثيرة. يشمل ذلك توليد الصور والفيديو، ونموذجَي LTX-2.3 وZ-image، و«Advanced camera controls» و«Blank Storyboards» وكامل المجموعة المذكورة أعلاه: المقتطع هو الحجم، لا التركيب.

الترخيص شخصي، والمنع صريح. «Personal use license. For personal projects only. Cannot be used for business, marketing, or paid work» — لا يجوز للأعمال ولا للترويج ولا للعمل بأجر. ورابعة: إزالة العلامة المائية («No watermarking») معلنة ابتداءً من باقة Lite المدفوعة — أي أن العلامة تبقى في Free.

القيود

وحدة الحد هي الأرصدة، لكن على الصفحة وحدتين في آن. Free — «800 credits (one time)». Lite — «8,000 credits/month». Standard — «28,000 credits/month» إضافة إلى «28,800 additional Computing Seconds / month for the first 3 months»: هنا تظهر الوحدة الثانية، والإضافة مؤقتة. أما علاقة الثواني بالأرصدة فلا تُشرح. Pro — «110,000 credits/month» و«3 collaborators per project» و«On-demand credit top-ups»؛ ولدى Standard كذلك شراء إضافي معلن «Purchase additional Credits».

وكم يكلّف التوليد الواحد بالأرصدة لا تذكره الصفحة.

ولا توجد في الشروط السارية متطلبات لوسم ما أنشأته الآلة: لا التزام بالوسم، ولا كلمات «watermark» أو «metadata» أو «provenance» أو «C2PA». والعلامة المائية مذكورة على صفحة الأسعار فحسب — مسألة باقة، لا قاعدة عقد.

الحقوق على النتيجة

شروط Lightricks منشورة لا كصفحة بل كملف PDF؛ والنسخة السارية موسومة بـ«Current (updated May 2026)». والملكية معلنة: «you own the Output (excluding any Stock Content or other third party materials)».

وإلى جانب ذلك مباشرة تحفّظ نادرًا ما يُصادَف بهذه الصراحة: «you further acknowledge that pursuant to applicable law, it may be the case that you have no ownership rights, including copyrights, in the AI-generated Output». الأداة نفسها تحذّر من أن القانون قد لا يمنحك أي حقوق على ما أنشأه الذكاء الاصطناعي.

والاستخدام التجاري مربوط بالباقة: «you may use the Output for any Personal Use, and if your applicable Tier includes Commercial Use, you may use the Output for any Commercial Use». والتعريف واسع — «direct or indirect commercial or business purposes or direct or indirect monetary compensation»: المنفعة غير المباشرة تُحتسب أيضًا، والباقة المجانية لا تشمل الاستخدام التجاري.

هل يتدرّبون على بياناتك

نعم، والأمر مسموح صراحةً، ولا يوجد رفض منصوص عليه. تحصل Lightricks على «worldwide, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable license to use the Input you provide, the Output and your Account information including your or any third-party's name, voice, image, likeness» — لا ما تُدخله وما يُنشأ فحسب، بل كذلك الاسم والصوت والصورة والهيئة، لك أو لطرف ثالث.

والغرض مذكور صراحةً: «for Lightricks' internal purposes to improve our products and services and for training purposes of any artificial intelligence-based models, now known or existing in the future» — تدريب أي نماذج، بما فيها التي لم توجد بعد. والتحفّظ الوحيد: «the personal data of Individual Users will not be used for the training any artificial intelligence-based models, unless we obtain such User's consent». المستثنى من التدريب هو البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين الأفراد — وهي وحدها. والترخيص غير قابل للإلغاء ويبقى بعد إنهاء العقد؛ ولا آلية للرفض في النص.

الكسب منه

الاستخدام التجاري هنا مربوط بالباقة، وهذا مقول صراحةً. الشروط: «you may use the Output for any Personal Use, and if your applicable Tier includes Commercial Use, you may use the Output for any Commercial Use». أي أن حق تشغيل ما صُنع ليس مشمولًا في كل الخطط، بل في تلك التي يُذكر فيها.

وتعريف «Commercial Use» واسع: «any use of the Platform for direct or indirect commercial or business purposes or direct or indirect monetary compensation». المنفعة غير المباشرة تُحتسب أيضًا — فمقطع لقناتك الخاصة يروّج لخدمتك يقع تحت هذا التعريف.

والباقة المجانية مستثناة من هذا العمل بالنص الصريح لصفحة الأسعار: «Personal use license. For personal projects only. Cannot be used for business, marketing, or paid work». وهناك أيضًا العلامة المائية: «No watermarking» معلنة ابتداءً من باقة Lite المدفوعة.

وثمة تحفّظ فوق الباقات: الشروط نفسها تحذّر من أن «pursuant to applicable law, it may be the case that you have no ownership rights, including copyrights, in the AI-generated Output». والإذن بالبيع ووجود حقوق المؤلف أمران مختلفان.

ما الذي لن يفعله

لن يتيح العمل بأجر مجانًا: الباقة المجانية تمنع صراحةً الاستخدام «for business, marketing, or paid work»، والعلامة المائية تبقى. ولن يجدّد الأرصدة المجانية: الـ800 تُمنح مرة واحدة. ولن يسمح بالاستخدام التجاري خارج الباقة المناسبة.

ولا يضمن الحقوق على ما أُنشئ: الشروط نفسها تحذّر من أن القانون قد لا يمنحك حقوق مؤلف على نتيجة الذكاء الاصطناعي. ولن يعرض عليك الرفض من التدريب: الترخيص غير قابل للإلغاء، ولا آلية للرفض.

ولن يمنحك الخصومات المذكورة على الصفحة: انقضت مدد العروض في ديسمبر 2025. ولن ينشر بنفسه في الشبكات الاجتماعية. ولن يُلزمك بوسم ما أنشأته الآلة — إذ لا متطلبات وسم في الشروط السارية أصلًا.
