LTX Studio は Lightricks 社による動画制作環境である。ツールのページに挙げられた道具立ては幅広く、«Text-to-Video»、«Text-to-Image»、 «Image-to-Video»、«Script-to-Video»、«AI Video to Video»、 «AI Storyboard Generator»、«Pitch Deck Generator»、 «Audio-to-Video generation»、«SDR to HDR video enhancement»、 «Flows, node-based automation»、«Video-to-Video Control»、さらに一貫した登場人物や物体の保存、すなわち «Save and create consistent Elements» が並ぶ。

対応プラットフォーム

投稿先のプラットフォームは表明されていない。表明されているのは LTX API、ドキュメント付きの LTX-2 Playground、そして法人向けのアクセスである。ソーシャルネットワークへの書き出しは表明がない。データは部分的であり、挙げられているのは組み込みの方法であってプラットフォームではない。

料金

価格はプランのページによるもので、通貨は米ドルである。Lite は «$15 /month»、年払いなら «$12 /month»、 «Billed yearly $144»。Standard (Popular) は «$35 /month»、年払いなら «$28 /month»、«Billed yearly $336»。Pro は «$125»、年払いなら «$100 /month»、«Billed yearly $1,200»。Enterprise は問い合わせ制である。

割引について。 ページには二つの表示が掲げられている。«Save 50% for Cyber Monday» と «FLUX.2 promotional offer valid until December 12, 2025» である。どちらも期限切れで、期限は 2025 年 12 月に終わっており、確認は 2026 年 8 月 4 日に行った。これらの割引が有効だとは考えられない。期限の切れた表示が料金を生かすわけではない。

無料でできること

無料プランは恒久的なものとして表明されており、«$0 Forever»、 «No billing» とある。ただし仕組みは変わっている。

クレジットは一度だけ配られる。 «800 credits (one time)» は月あたりではなく一度限りである。使い切れば無料の作業も終わる。

その一方でできることは多い。 画像と動画の生成、LTX-2.3 と Z-image のモデル、«Advanced camera controls»、«Blank Storyboards»、そして上に挙げた一式が含まれる。削られているのは分量であって構成ではない。

ライセンスは個人用で、禁止は直接的である。 «Personal use license. For personal projects only. Cannot be used for business, marketing, or paid work» とあり、事業のため、宣伝のため、受注仕事のためには使えない。そして四つめとして、透かしの除去（«No watermarking»）は有料の Lite 以降として表明されている。つまり無料プランでは透かしが残る。

制限

上限の単位はクレジットだが、ページ上にはすぐに二つの単位が現れる。無料プランは «800 credits (one time)»。Lite は «8,000 credits/month»。 Standard は «28,000 credits/month» に加えて «28,800 additional Computing Seconds / month for the first 3 months» とあり、ここで二つめの単位が現れ、しかも追加分は一時的である。秒がクレジットとどう対応するのかは説明されていない。Pro は «110,000 credits/month»、«3 collaborators per project»、«On-demand credit top-ups»。Standard にも買い増しの «Purchase additional Credits» が表明されている。

1 回の生成がクレジットでいくらになるのかを、ページは示していない。

現行の規約に、機械が作ったものを表示する義務はない。ラベル付けの義務もなければ、«watermark»、«metadata»、«provenance»、«C2PA» という語もない。透かしは料金のページにだけ触れられており、プランの問題であって契約上の規則ではない。

成果物の権利

Lightricks の規約はページではなく PDF ファイルとして置かれている。現行版には «Current (updated May 2026)» と記されている。所有については表明があり、«you own the Output (excluding any Stock Content or other third party materials)» とある。

そしてすぐ隣に、これほど率直な形ではめったに見かけない留保がある。 «you further acknowledge that pursuant to applicable law, it may be the case that you have no ownership rights, including copyrights, in the AI-generated Output»。ツール自身が、法律上、AI が作ったものに対する権利が利用者にない場合もあると警告している。

商用利用はプランに結び付けられている。«you may use the Output for any Personal Use, and if your applicable Tier includes Commercial Use, you may use the Output for any Commercial Use»。定義は広く、 «direct or indirect commercial or business purposes or direct or indirect monetary compensation» とあり、間接的な利益も数に入る。そして無料プランには商用利用が含まれない。

ユーザーデータで学習するか

学習する。明示的に認められており、拒否の手段は用意されていない。 Lightricks は «worldwide, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable license to use the Input you provide, the Output and your Account information including your or any third-party's name, voice, image, likeness» を得る。入力したものと作られたものだけでなく、氏名、声、画像、容姿も対象であり、それは本人のものにも第三者のものにも及ぶ。

目的も率直に述べられている。«for Lightricks' internal purposes to improve our products and services and for training purposes of any artificial intelligence-based models, now known or existing in the future» とあり、まだ存在しないものを含む、あらゆるモデルの学習である。唯一の留保は «the personal data of Individual Users will not be used for the training any artificial intelligence-based models, unless we obtain such User's consent» である。学習から外されているのは個人利用者の個人データであり、それだけである。ライセンスは取り消し不能で、契約の終了後も存続する。本文に拒否の仕組みはない。

これで稼げるか

ここでは商用利用がプランに結び付けられており、そのことは率直に書かれている。規約にはこうある。«you may use the Output for any Personal Use, and if your applicable Tier includes Commercial Use, you may use the Output for any Commercial Use»。つまり、作ったものを仕事に回す権利はすべてのプランに含まれるのではなく、それが明記されたプランに含まれる。

«Commercial Use» の定義は広い。«any use of the Platform for direct or indirect commercial or business purposes or direct or indirect monetary compensation»。間接的な利益も数に入るので、自分のサービスを宣伝する自分のチャンネル向けの動画も、この定義に当てはまる。

無料プランはこうした仕事から、料金のページの直接的な文言で外されている。«Personal use license. For personal projects only. Cannot be used for business, marketing, or paid work»。透かしについても同じページにあり、«No watermarking» は有料の Lite 以降として表明されている。

そしてプランの上に重なる留保がある。同じ規約が、«pursuant to applicable law, it may be the case that you have no ownership rights, including copyrights, in the AI-generated Output» と警告している。売る許可があることと、著作権があることは別のものである。

できないこと

受注仕事を無料で行うことはできない。無料プランは «for business, marketing, or paid work» のための利用を直接に禁じており、透かしも残る。無料クレジットの更新もない。800 は一度限りの配布である。適したプランの外での商用利用も認められない。

作ったものへの権利は保証されない。規約自身が、法律上、AI の成果物に著作権がない場合もあると警告している。学習からの離脱も提示されない。ライセンスは取り消し不能で、拒否の仕組みはない。

ページに出ている割引は受けられない。キャンペーンの期限は 2025 年 12 月に切れている。ソーシャルネットワークへの投稿も自分では行わない。機械が作ったものへの表示も義務付けない。現行の規約にラベル付けの要求はそもそも存在しない。
