نظرة عامة
Recraft أداة لتوليد الصور وتحريرها مع تركيز على الرسم المتّجه. بحسب وصف الأداة فهي تصنع الصورة من نص بنموذج «Recraft V4.1»، وتُركّب «complex editable vector graphics» بتخطيط وطباعة قابلَين للتحرير، وتحفظ أنماطها القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام («custom styles»)، وتعالج الصور الفوتوغرافية، وتزيل الخلفية، وترفع الدقة، وتصنع نماذج لعرض الصور على الأشياء. وهناك إعلان عن بيئة Recraft Studio وعن واجهة API.
الرسم المتّجه القابل للتحرير هو ما يميّز الأداة عن مولّدات الأغراض العامة: فالنتيجة تُحرَّر كما يُحرَّر التخطيط. أما الأهم مما ينبغي معرفته قبل التسجيل فلا يقع في وصف الإمكانات، بل في الشروط: الحقوق على النتيجة في الخطة المجانية والخطط المدفوعة مرتَّبة على نحوَين مختلفَين جوهريًا.
مع أي منصات تعمل
لا تُعلن الأداة عن منصات للنشر. المُعلن هو واجهة API: تمنح «programmatic access to image and vector generation, editing, background removal, inpainting, outpainting, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing»، والنماذج المتاحة «V2, V3, V4 and V4.1».
لا إعلان عن تصدير إلى الشبكات الاجتماعية. البيان جزئي: المُعلن طريقة تضمين، لا منصة. ولا يوجد زر جاهز «للنشر».
كم تكلّف
لا يمكن رؤية الأسعار من الخارج، وهذا ليس سهوًا. في صفحة الأسعار يوجد مبدّل «Pay monthly / Pay annually (save 20%)»، وتقسيم «Plans / API» وأسماء الخطط: Free وBasic وPro وخطة الفرق Teams. أما القيم المالية نفسها فغائبة عن نص الصفحة — يضعها سكربت، ولا تُقرأ بطلب مباشر.
لذلك لا يوجد أي بيان عن أسعار Recraft: المعروف فقط أسماء الخطط الأربع وخصم 20 % مقابل الدفع السنوي — أما على أي أساس يُحسب، فالصفحة لا تبيّنه.
ما هو مجاني
خطة Free معلنة وهي ليست تجريبية. لكنّ ثمنها لا يُدفع بالمال.
الحقوق. بحسب الشروط فإن ما يُنشأ هنا هو «Free Tier Assets»، وهي «are owned by Recraft and may not be sold, licensed or transferred»، و«no commercial use of Free Tier Assets is permitted». والتفاصيل في قسم الحقوق.
العلنية. تضيف صفحة الأسعار أن هذه الصور «are publicly visible in the community gallery» — أي يراها الجميع في المعرض العام.
الحجم. في شفرة الصفحة يظهر الحد «3 per day on Free» — ثلاث في اليوم، ويتعلق برفع الصور.
البيان جزئي: القيم العددية يضعها سكربت.
القيود
وحدة الحد هي الأرصدة، والصفحة تصف تركيبها بالكلمات لا بالأرقام. أرصدة الخطة «reset at the start of each billing cycle — unused credits don't roll over». أما المشتراة إضافةً فتسلك سلوكًا آخر: «Top-up credits are purchased separately, never expire, and are used automatically once your monthly credits run out». لكن «Top-ups are only available to users on Basic and Pro plans».
تكلفة العملية متغيّرة: «Credit costs vary depending on the type of action and the model used». ولا يمكن الحساب مسبقًا كم صورة تكفي لها الخطة: فالأحجام العددية للأرصدة لا تظهر في شفرة الصفحة، والبيان جزئي للسبب نفسه الذي جعل الأسعار كذلك.
أما عن الوسم فقد قيل الكثير: في الشروط قسم بعنوان «Transparency and Marking of AI-Generated Content». للأداة الحق في «embed machine-readable metadata, watermarks, or other provenance information into Assets»، ويلتزم المستخدم بـ«not remove, obscure, disable, or alter any machine-readable metadata, watermarks». ولم يُذكر الاختصار C2PA، وإن كان الموصوف يشبه هذا المعيار في المعنى.
الحقوق على النتيجة
تفصل الشروط بين الخطط، والفرق بينها أشدّ ما صادفناه من فروق.
المجانية. تُمنح الرخصة «for your personal use» مع ثلاثة قيود متتالية: لا استخدام تجاري، و«Free Tier Assets are owned by Recraft and may not be sold, licensed or transferred»، وهي «may not be used to train artificial intelligence models». مالك النتيجة هو الأداة.
المدفوعة. «You own all Assets you create with the Services and Recraft hereby assigns to you all copyright rights it may have in the Assets»، والاستخدام «for business or personal use»: الملكية مباشرة، والأداة تتنازل لك عن حقوق المؤلف التي قد تكون لها.
وثمة تحفظ مشترك بين الحالتين: «Assets may not be used to train artificial intelligence models» — تدريب النماذج على النتيجة ممنوع في أي خطة.
الخلاصة العملية: الخطة المجانية واجهة عرض، لا أداة عمل. فما يُصنع قبل الدفع يبقى ملكًا للأداة، ونقله إلى العمل المدفوع لا تسمح به الشروط.
هل يتدرّبون على بياناتك
يتدرّبون افتراضيًا، وهذا مقول صراحةً — مع وصف طريقة الرفض.
الشروط: «Recraft may use your Inputs you provide and the Assets produced by the Services to train, fine-tune, and otherwise improve Recraft's artificial intelligence models… This training use is enabled by default, but you may opt out at any time by adjusting your preferences in your account profile settings».
وتضيف سياسة الخصوصية عن نماذج الغير: «We shall not use and shall not permit our third-party AI service providers… to train… using your AI Input or AI Output… unless you have affirmatively authorized». وللـAPI تحفّظ منفصل وأقوى: «Recraft will not use any Assets created using the API Services for training purposes».
الحصيلة: نماذجها الخاصة تتعلّم من موادّك ما لم تُوقف ذلك في الملف الشخصي؛ ونماذج الغير — بموافقتك وحدها؛ وعبر API — لا تتعلّم.
الكسب من خلالها
حق بيع ما يُصنع يختلف بحسب الخطة، والاختلاف مباشر. الشروط عن المجانية: «no commercial use of Free Tier Assets is permitted»، وفيها كذلك — «Free Tier Assets are owned by Recraft and may not be sold, licensed or transferred». فالصورة من الخطة المجانية لا تُباع ولا تُنقل ولا تُرخَّص، وهي ملك للأداة.
وعن المدفوعة قيل العكس: «You own all Assets you create with the Services and Recraft hereby assigns to you all copyright rights it may have in the Assets»، والاستخدام — «for business or personal use». الملكية مباشرة، والعمل التجاري مسمّى باسمه.
ونقل ما صُنع في الخطة المجانية إلى العمل المدفوع لا تسمح به الشروط: فالفصل قائم على الخطة التي أُنشئت فيها الصورة، لا على الخطة التي أنت فيها الآن.
ويسري منع واحد فوق الخطتين معًا: «Assets may not be used to train artificial intelligence models». فالشروط لا تمنع بيع الصور؛ لكنها تمنع بيعها بوصفها مادة تدريب للنماذج.
ما لن تفعله
لن تدعك تعمل مجانًا لأغراض العمل: نتيجة الخطة المجانية ملك للأداة، والاستخدام التجاري ممنوع صراحةً، والصور يراها الجميع في المعرض العام.
ولن تُظهر السعر مسبقًا — فالقيم يضعها سكربت. ولن تتيح حساب كم صورة تخرج من الخطة: فتكلفة العملية متغيّرة. ولن تحتفظ بأرصدة الشهر الماضي، ولن تسمح بشرائها إضافةً إلا في Basic وPro.
ولن تنشر في الشبكات الاجتماعية بنفسها: المُعلن واجهة API فقط.
ولن تسمح بتدريب النماذج على نتيجتها — والمنع سارٍ في كل الخطط. ولن تدعك تزيل علامات المصدر المضمَّنة أو تخفيها.
