概览
Recraft 是一款以矢量为重点的图像生成与编辑服务。 按服务自述，它用«Recraft V4.1»模型把文字变成图像， 生成版式与字体可编辑的«complex editable vector graphics»，保存可重复使用的自有风格（«custom styles»），修图、去除 背景、提升分辨率，并制作图像在实物上的样机。 它宣称提供 Recraft Studio 环境和 API。
可编辑矢量把这个服务与通用生成器区分开来： 成品可以像版式稿一样修改。不过注册前最需要知道的事情， 不在功能介绍里，而在条款里：免费方案与付费方案对成品权利的 安排在根本上就不一样。
支持哪些平台
服务没有宣布任何发布平台。它宣布的是 API：API 提供 «programmatic access to image and vector generation, editing, background removal, inpainting, outpainting, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing»，可用模型为«V2, V3, V4 and V4.1»。
没有声明向社交网络导出。事实为部分：宣布的是一种嵌入方式， 而不是平台。没有现成的«发布»按钮。
价格
从外部看不到价格，这并非疏漏。价格 页上有一个«Pay monthly / Pay annually (save 20%)»开关，有«Plans / API»的划分，也有套餐名称： Free、Basic、Pro 以及团队版 Teams。金额本身在页面文本中 并不存在——它们由脚本填入，通过请求读不到。
因此关于 Recraft 价格的事实一条都没有：已知的只有四个套餐的 名称，以及年付 20 % 的折扣——折扣从什么基数算起，页面并未显示。
免费提供什么
Free 套餐是宣布过的，而且它不是试用。但为它付出的代价 不是钱。
权利。按条款，在这里创建的内容属于 «Free Tier Assets»，它们«are owned by Recraft and may not be sold, licensed or transferred»，并且«no commercial use of Free Tier Assets is permitted»。详情见成品权利一节。
公开性。价格页还补充说，这类图像 «are publicly visible in the community gallery»——在公共 画廊中所有人可见。
数量。在页面标记中可以看到上限«3 per day on Free»——每天三次， 指的是图像上传。
事实为部分：数量数值由脚本填入。
限制
计量单位是积分，页面用文字而非数字来描述它的机制。 套餐积分«reset at the start of each billing cycle — unused credits don't roll over»。加购的积分行为不同：«Top-up credits are purchased separately, never expire, and are used automatically once your monthly credits run out»。但«Top-ups are only available to users on Basic and Pro plans»。
单次操作的消耗是浮动的：«Credit costs vary depending on the type of action and the model used»。事先算出一个套餐够生成多少张图， 是做不到的：积分的数量在页面标记中并不输出， 事实为部分，原因与价格相同。
关于标识，反倒说了很多：条款中有一节叫 «Transparency and Marking of AI-Generated Content»。服务有权 «embed machine-readable metadata, watermarks, or other provenance information into Assets»，而用户承诺«not remove, obscure, disable, or alter any machine-readable metadata, watermarks»。 文中没有使用 C2PA 这一缩写，尽管所描述的内容在含义上与该 标准相近。
成品权利
条款把两类套餐分开处理，而两者之间的差别是我们见过的 最尖锐的一次。
免费方案。授权是«for your personal use»，并附带连续三项 限制：不得商业使用，«Free Tier Assets are owned by Recraft and may not be sold, licensed or transferred»， 以及它们«may not be used to train artificial intelligence models»。 成品的所有者是服务方。
付费方案。«You own all Assets you create with the Services and Recraft hereby assigns to you all copyright rights it may have in the Assets»，使用范围为«for business or personal use»：所有权直接归你， 而且服务方把自己可能拥有的著作权让与给你。
两者共同的保留条款：«Assets may not be used to train artificial intelligence models»——在任何套餐上都不能用成品训练模型。
实际结论：免费方案是橱窗，不是干活的工具。 付费之前做出来的东西仍归服务方所有，条款也不允许把它 转入付费工作中使用。
是否用你的数据训练
默认会训练，这一点说得很直白——同时也说明了如何拒绝。
条款：«Recraft may use your Inputs you provide and the Assets produced by the Services to train, fine-tune, and otherwise improve Recraft's artificial intelligence models… This training use is enabled by default, but you may opt out at any time by adjusting your preferences in your account profile settings»。
隐私政策补充了关于第三方模型的内容：«We shall not use and shall not permit our third-party AI service providers… to train… using your AI Input or AI Output… unless you have affirmatively authorized»。对 API 另有一条更强的保留：«Recraft will not use any Assets created using the API Services for training purposes»。
结论：在你没有在个人资料中关掉之前，服务方自己的模型会用你的 材料训练；第三方模型只在你同意后才会；通过 API 则不训练。
靠它赚钱
出售成品的权利按套餐而不同，差别很直接。 条款对免费方案的说法是：«no commercial use of Free Tier Assets is permitted»，同处还有«Free Tier Assets are owned by Recraft and may not be sold, licensed or transferred»。免费方案生成的 图像既不能出售，也不能转让或授权， 而且它归服务方所有。
对付费方案的说法相反：«You own all Assets you create with the Services and Recraft hereby assigns to you all copyright rights it may have in the Assets»，使用范围是«for business or personal use»。 所有权直接归你，商业使用被明确点名。
条款不允许把免费方案做出来的东西转入付费工作： 划分依据是图像在哪个套餐上创建， 而不是你现在处于哪个套餐。
有一条禁令凌驾于两类套餐之上：«Assets may not be used to train artificial intelligence models»。条款并不妨碍你出售图像； 但禁止把图像作为模型的训练材料出售。
它做不到什么
它不会让你免费为业务干活：免费方案的成品 归服务方所有，商业使用被明文禁止， 而且图像在公共画廊中所有人可见。
它不会事先显示价格——数值由脚本填入。也不允许你算出 一个套餐能出多少张图：单次操作的消耗是浮动的。上个月的 积分不会保留，加购积分也只允许在 Basic 和 Pro 上进行。
它不会自己发布到社交网络：宣布的只有 API。
它不允许用它的成品训练模型——这条禁令在所有套餐上都有效。 去除或隐藏内嵌的来源标记同样不被允许。
