成果物の権利とデータでの学習

道具がすでに何かを作ったあとで、人が自分に問う四つの問い。作られたものは誰のもので、それを売買できるか。自分がアップロードしたものでモデルは学習されるか。それを断れるか。ツールは AI の作業に印を付けるか。

ここには 51 のツールの回答がある — ツール自身が書いたそのままの形で、文書へのリンクを添えてある。

これは法的助言でも解釈でもない。 文書自身がそうしていない限り、当方はライセンスを «可・不可» に還元しないし、ある文言が何を意味するかを利用者に代わって決めない。

成果物は誰のものか

ここで肝心なのはツールではなくプランである。 44 件の回答のうち 27 件が、権利はプランによると明言している。人は無料で試し、作品を仕上げ、それを売れないと知るのは後になってからである。

権利はプランによって決まる — 27
