AI でのコンテンツ作成：何を使い、その代償として何を払うのか

ツールの価格はすぐに分かるが、価格より重要な二つの条件は利用規約の中にあり、たいてい遅れて知ることになる。作ったものが誰のものか と アップロードしたものでモデルが学習するかどうか。以下では、それらは利用規約の本文に基づいてまとめたものであり、ショーウィンドウの約束によるものではない。両者の差は無視できないものだった。

ここに«最良のニューラルネット»のランキングはない。出力の品質を比較する手段はなく、評価を捏造するつもりもない。あるのは検証できるもの、すなわち価格、制限、権利、学習方針である。

作ったものは誰のものか

この行は価格より先に読むこと。ツールによっては商用利用がプランに結び付いており、無料プランでは作ったものが自分のものにならない。

Anyword. 規約は «the Customer shall have all right and title in the Generated Content and Company shall not claim ownership with respect thereto» と述べている。一方でツールは «on an aggregate and anonymized basis, to improve the Anyword Platform» 素材を利用する権利を留保している。出典, 確認済み 2026-08-04
