Maestra 是一个翻译与字幕平台，由四类不同的工作拼合而成。语音转写 —— «Transcription in 125+ languages»。字幕 —— 生成器、编辑器、翻译、格式 转换器和时间轴平移。音频与视频的翻译、配音与译制，包括声音克隆和口型 对齐。还有实时模式：同声传译（«AI Interpreter»）、实时字幕 （«Live Transcribe»、«Web Captioner»）、实时译制（«Live Dubbing»）。
在此之上还声明了 «MaestraCloud» 和 API。以上全部来自套餐 页面。
与哪些平台协作
社交网络该服务并未点名 —— 既没有作为发布去向，也没有作为集成。成果是 以别的方式送到外面的：通过字幕格式的导出与转换，通过 Business 套餐上的 可嵌入播放器（«embed player»），从 Premium 套餐起通过 API，以及通过 «MaestraCloud file sharing» 的共享访问。在企业套餐上还增加了 «SCORM import/export» —— 这是培训课程的格式，不是社交网络的格式。
第三方服务中被点名的有两个，且两者都是翻译工具，不是平台：DeepL 和 OpenAI。

限制

成果的权利
恰恰关于工作成果 —— 转写、字幕、翻译、配音 —— 的权利， 条款并没有说。
其中说的是别的：«As between the parties, all Content, except for Customer Data (as defined below), is owned by Maestra or its licensors» —— 除用户数据以外的全部内容，归 Maestra 或其许可方所有。 对于你上传的东西，则要求作出担保：«you own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Customer Data, or have otherwise secured all necessary rights»。
界线划在 «Content» 与 «Customer Data» 之间，而为你制作的字幕和配音被归入 这两个筐中的哪一个，从所引用的文字里得不出结论。条款中既没有对成果作 商业使用的许可，也没有禁止。
同一份条款中的第二条提醒关乎的不是权利，而是访问： «Termination or cancellation of your Account by either party may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information and data, including Customer Data» —— 账户的终止可能以全部数据被销毁而告终。
是否用你的数据训练
来源对此没有写。无论是条款， 还是隐私政策，都没有说明模型是否 在上传的录音上训练，也没有描述退出方式。条款里只有一条保留说法 «Maestra may collect and use data regarding the use and performance of the Service, to analyze and improve the Service»；文本中没有 «train» 这个词。
对于一个会克隆声音的服务来说，这种沉默颇为显眼 —— 但这并不等于断言 不存在训练。
靠它赚钱
对成果作商业使用的许可或禁止，条款 中都不包含。恰恰关于转写、字幕、翻译和配音的权利，它们保持沉默：界线划 在 «Content»（它 «is owned by Maestra or its licensors»）与 «Customer Data» 之间，而工作成果被归入这两个筐中的哪一个，从文本里 得不出结论。

题材类禁令不多，且集中在客户的保证条款中：禁止通过本服务上传和传输违法的、侵犯第三方权利的、欺骗的、欺诈的、侵犯私生活的、构成侵权的、猥亵的数据，以及公司自行认定为不适宜的任何其他数据；禁止恶意代码、未经授权的以及违反 CAN-SPAM 法的群发；另行禁止传输受特殊保护制度约束的信息 —— 受 HIPAA 约束的医疗数据和受 PCI 标准约束的支付数据，公司明确声明自己不是 HIPAA 意义上的 «Business Associate»。同样禁止转售和向第三方转让本服务、逆向工程、为创建竞争产品进行对比分析、规避访问限制以及自动遍历页面。该工具不向受 OFAC 制裁的国家和个人提供服务
