概览

eBay Partner Network（EPN）是 eBay 这家交易平台自己的联盟计划。 首页打开后显示的标题是 «Homepage | eBay Partner Network»。

这是本组中唯一一个由联盟网络自己而不是由广告主定价的网络。这里的广告主 只有一个 — eBay，佣金按商品类目在公开表格中列出。协议同样是公开的： Network Agreement 在正文中带有发布日期 — «This Agreement was published on the Network website on January 22, 2026»。

接受谁

对受众没有数字门槛。准入条件是通过审核批准来表述的：«To participate in the Network, you must agree to the terms herein and register and be accepted by EPN to use the Network»。

第二项要求是持续性的，而不是一次性的：«Your eBay account must be in good standing at all times in order for you to participate in the Network»。你自己在 eBay 上的账号必须在整个参与期间都保持没有违规， 而不只是在提交申请的那一刻。

地域是通过禁止而不是通过名单来界定的。 没有允许国家的清单，只有一条 要求：不得位于受美国禁运的国家，也不得列入制裁名单 — «you are not located in a country embargoed by the United States and you are not on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals»。不在禁止之列 并不等于获得许可：批准权终究在网络一方。

首页上提到了一个单独的 eBay Ambassador 计划，并附有说明 «For US & UK-based users only» — 那是另一个计划，它的国家限制并不适用于 EPN。

支付多少

费率来自佣金表； 百分比按 GMB 计算，单笔交易的上限也在同一处以美元给出：

有两点值得注意。电子产品的报酬低于服装 — 1,5–2,0% 对 4,0%，而它的客单价 通常更高。上限也并不一致：多数类目为 550 USD，eBay Motors 和房地产为 100， Business & Industrial 为 225。恰恰在交易金额最高的地方，佣金被最早截断。

跳转的计入时长为 24 小时： «Makes a purchase within 24 hours after clicking your affiliate link for a “Buy It Now” item»。 对于拍卖，规则是复合的：在跳转后 24 小时内出价，在 10 天内赢得拍卖。 必须加一句说明：来源说的是合格交易的时限，并没有使用«cookie»这个词。

何时以何种方式支付

门槛很低，并由双重条件设定： «your account balance exceeds the required minimum account balance of 10 USD (or the equivalent sum in the applicable currency), or the banking fees applicable to the transactions, whichever is greater»。10 USD 或者银行手续费的金额 — 取其中较大者：如果在你的情况下转账费用高于 10 USD，那么门槛就变成转账费用。

结算按月进行： «We pay partners on or around the 10th business day of each month» — 大约在每月第 10 个工作日；此外还单独发布了 付款日历。 协议对结算周期做了说明：«each month, EPN will issue to you any positive balance in your account due for transactions reported for the previous month»。

在付款方式上，来源只说了一半。 协议列出了十一种结算货币：USD、GBP、EUR、 AUD、CAD、NOK、ILS、SEK、SGD、DKK、HKD。但这是货币清单，而不是方式清单。 被直接点名的只有付款日历页面上的«direct deposit»。从门槛条款可以看出， 转账手续费由合作方承担。

要求披露什么

这项要求写在协议里：«Your Promotional Methods must clearly and prominently identify Promotional Content as advertising and, where required by Applicable Law, disclose your economic interest as a participant in EPN (e.g., “As an eBay Partner Network Affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases.”)»。

实际上义务有两条，性质不同。无条件的一条：广告内容必须明确且显著地 标明为广告。有条件的一条：只有在适用法律要求的地方，才需要披露你作为 EPN 参与者的经济利益。

«As an eBay Partner Network Affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases» 这句话在协议中是作为可接受披露的示例给出的 — 是网络提供的 样例，而不是通用表述。

网络不会做什么

不会长时间等待跳转。 窗口为 24 小时，拍卖则是同样的 24 小时内出价、 10 天内获胜。在你的链接一周之后才发生的延后购买不会被计入。

不会为高价交易支付全额佣金： 上限是生效的，而在 eBay Motors 和房地产 中，这个上限最低 — 100 USD。

不给出完整的付款方式清单。 十一种货币被列出，方式则没有， 只有直接转账被直接提及。

不会承担银行手续费： 门槛取两者中较大者 — 10 USD 或转账费用。
