概览
Suno 根据一段简短描述或你自己的歌词来生成歌曲：«Start with a simple prompt or dive into our pro editing tools»。声明的 控制手段相当细致——«Steer your style with Voices, Inspo, exclusions, and vocal gender»：通过音色、灵感样例、排除项 以及演唱者性别来调整。

成果的权利
权利按套餐划分。
免费方案。 条款写道： «you covenant and agree that you will only use Outputs generated from Submissions made by you through the Service solely for your lawful, internal, personal and non-commercial purposes»——在 Free 上生成的内容 只允许合法地、内部地、个人地 且非商业地使用。
付费方案。 措辞不同：«Suno hereby assigns to you all of its right, title and interest in and to any Output owned by Suno and generated from Submissions made by you through the Service during the term of your paid-tier subscription»——服务把自己对生成内容的 全部权利转让给你。其中«during the term of your paid-tier subscription»这一保留条件值得按字面理解：转让只涉及 在付费订阅有效期内由你的输入生成的内容。
有一条限制凌驾于一切之上：生成的内容不得被用于 «to power, enable or train other artificial intelligence and machine learning models»——禁止用 Suno 的输出去训练他人的模型。
是否用你的数据训练
会训练，而且没有提供拒绝的途径。
同意被写进了条款：用户 保证不需要任何额外许可，«arising out of or related to our use of your Submissions, including to create your Output or your Voice Model and/or to train, develop, fine-tune or otherwise improve the Service and any related artificial intelligence or machine learning models»。
隐私政策确认了同一点：«We use certain User Activity Information, Submissions, Interactive Chat Information, and other Content… including to train and enhance the models that power our Services»。关于音色样本另有说明：«We use this information to provide and develop our Services, including to train and enhance the models»，保存期限为«no longer than three (3) years following your last interaction»。
有两点情况让这一节比通常更值得重视。第一： 上传的音色样本也在训练范围内，而政策本身 把它们称作可能的生物识别数据。第二：拒绝的 办法，条款和政策都没有描述——既没有设置项， 也没有套餐差别。

靠它赚钱

它做不到什么
它无法替你发布歌曲：服务没有声明向社交网络 和流媒体服务的导出。
它不打算让你在免费方案上赚钱：«No commercial use»是定价页上直白的标注。
它不会让你免费把歌曲拆成分轨：Free 方案上没有分轨。 不订阅也无法加购额度，而 Free 的按天 额度不能累积。
