概览
Sovrn Commerce 是一项联盟服务，把发布方的普通链接变成联盟链接。 Commerce 页面打开时的标题为 «Commerce - Sovrn, Inc.»。
有一项核查解释了这项服务为何常以另一个名字出现：域名 viglink.com 会跳转到同一个页面。也就是说，它就是从前的 VigLink，以旧名写成的资料 说的也是它。
这篇详解很短，原因在于文件的组织方式。唯一公开的合同是 Sovrn 主服务协议（MSA）， 对公司所有服务通用。专门针对 Commerce 的条件被单列进另一份 Terms & Conditions，而它并未发布在公开页面上。所有与报酬有关的内容 恰恰都在那里 —— 因此在接入之前始终不得而知。
接收谁
无论是在 Commerce 页面上还是在主协议中，都找不到对平台、受众或国家的要求。 准入门槛、按平台类型作出的限制以及国家清单，服务都没有在公开页面上公布。
审核标准可能存在并被实际执行 —— 只是无法事先通过公开页面得知。
付多少
公开页面上既没有费率，也没有服务自身的分成比例。 Commerce 页面上 没有给出数字，而主协议中报酬的数额被明确单列进另一份 Terms & Conditions —— 一份在公开页面上找不到的文件。
这与由广告主设定费率的联盟网络有一处重要区别：这里连由谁设定费率、 服务自身抽取多少分成都不清楚。这里不能代入任何数字。
跳转标记的有效期未公布 —— Commerce 页面和主协议中都没有。
何时以何种方式付款
整篇详解中唯一确切的数字是门槛，它由主协议给出：«If the amount accrued for the applicable month is less than $50 (USD) for payments by wire or $25 (USD) for all other payments, payment will be deferred until the month in which the cumulative balance owed to Customer exceeds the applicable thresholds»。
也就是说，银行电汇为 50 美元，其他所有方式为 25 美元。低于门槛的钱不会作废： 付款会推迟到累计余额超过门槛的那个月。
必须加一句说明：门槛是在 Sovrn 的通用合同中规定的，而不是在 Commerce 的条件中。 公开页面上没有专门针对 Commerce 的单独门槛。
主协议中不含具体的付款日期，合同把这一点推给了同一份单列的 Terms & Conditions。已知的只有推迟到超过门槛的规则，而不知道钱会在 每月的哪一天到账。
付款方式列举得并不完整。 协议写道：«Sovrn facilitates payment for Services using a payment dashboard hosted by a third-party vendor» —— 付款通过第三方供应商的面板进行，而合同中没有该供应商的名称。另外提到了 «payments by wire»，即银行电汇 —— 由此可知这种方式可用，但这并不能代替 一份完整的方式清单。服务没有提到提现手续费。
要求披露什么
主协议中找不到对合作方标注广告的要求。
与此同时，合同本身引用了一份单独的文件 —— «Commerce Publisher Code of Conduct»。它未发布在公开页面上，其中关于披露究竟 写了什么也无从得知。这样一份文件的存在意味着服务确实有针对发布方的 行为规则；但由此既不能得出其中有披露要求，也不能得出其中没有。
披露广告关系的义务可能依你所在国家的法律而存在，与服务是否写明无关。
这个网络做不到什么
