A messenger for publishing, support or a community. These are different jobs: broadcasting to subscribers, talking to a customer and managing a group require different capabilities. Start with the platform profile, then evaluate a third-party tool for your specific workflow.
- You run a Telegram channel. The Telegram profile separates platform capabilities, rules and monetization. For scheduled posts, read the dedicated Telegram scheduling guide.
- Your team replies to customers in Telegram. The messaging tool comparison examines bot ownership, team access, conversation retention after disconnecting and supported chat modes. Documented answers link to their sources.
- You are choosing a community platform. Open the Discord profile and other messenger profiles below, then compare moderation and appeal rules against your requirements.
