Overview
Wazzup is a tool that links messengers and social networks with a customer records system (CRM). The self-description, word for word: "Messenger and Social Media Integration with CRM A handy interface to manage sales in WhatsApp, WABA, Telegram, and more. Set up Wazzup in 5 minutes — try it free for 3 days" (wazzup24.com). That is the tool's own claim about itself, not an independent assessment: "handy", "5 minutes" are its words.
The purpose follows directly from the description: not the publishing of posts but the running of sales in correspondence. All messages from different channels are brought together into one interface and linked to customer cards. No feed scheduler, no calendar of posts and no work with comments is declared in the sources we checked.
The sources need a separate word. The domain from the catalogue wazzup24.com serves a Cloudflare check (HTTP 403, "Just a moment..."), so the list of channels is taken from the Russian domain of the same tool — wazzup24.ru.
The interface language is not stated in the markup: both the lang attribute and the hreflang links have been checked — neither is present. And yet the tool demonstrably works in both Russian and English: its two domains serve different language versions, but the markup is silent about that.
Which platforms it works with
There are nine channels. The list stands above the table of plans (wazzup24.ru/pricing): WhatsApp, Telegram Personal, Telegram Bot, MAX, Viber, VKontakte, Instagram*, Avito, Cian.
The asterisk is the site's own footnote; we give it word for word: "*Banned and recognised as extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation" — the footnote is in Russian and the translation is ours. This is the tool's statement, and we draw no conclusions or advice from it.
The make-up of the list explains the tool's purpose better than any description. Telegram is split into two channels — a personal account and a bot, and these are different ways of working. WhatsApp is named both in its ordinary form and as WABA (the WhatsApp business interface) — also different things. Avito and Cian are not social networks at all: they are classified-ad and property sites, that is, places from which buyer enquiries arrive. Which confirms the main point: what is gathered here is correspondence with customers, not the running of feeds.
What is available on each channel — what permissions are needed, whether there are restrictions on bulk messages, how the number of connections is counted — the source does not disclose.
What is free
A trial period is declared: "try it free for 3 days" (wazzup24.com). Three days is the tool's own wording.
What is included in the trial period, whether a card is required and what happens after the third day, the page does not say. No permanent free tier is declared in the sources we checked — but the source does not say the opposite either.
How you earn with it
The affiliate programme is not visible from outside, and that is not the same as "not announced": the homepage and all addresses of the form /partners, /affiliate, /referral on wazzup24.com return 403, and the site map returns the check page "Just a moment...". Whether a programme really exists cannot be learned from outside.
What it will not do
It does not promise to run publications on social networks: what is declared is the running of sales in correspondence, and that is different work.
A table of plans is plainly present on the channels page; from the open record only the three free days are known.
It does not let us state the interface language: the markup is silent both about the main language and about language versions, even though the tool demonstrably has more than one version.
Nor does it let us see the terms for those who refer customers: the main domain is closed off by bot protection in its entirety.
