Overview
Kajabi describes itself like this: "Kajabi is the operating system for human expertise—helping real experts build, sell, and grow trusted businesses with clarity, momentum, and AI-powered support" (homepage). This self-description is the tool's own claim about itself, not an independent assessment.
From the list of integrations it is visible which circle of tasks the tool adjoins: accepting payments, mailings, counters and analytics — that is, selling knowledge and accompanying the client, and not running social networks. About work with social networks as channels for publishing the sources we checked report nothing.
The interface language of the homepage is English (homepage); the markup gives no list of language versions.
The site is prepared to be read by programs: there is a machine-readable index llms.txt of 6,287 characters. The length is our own measurement of the file on the date of the check, not a claim by the tool.
Which platforms it works with
Social networks as channels for publishing are absent from the sources we checked. The integrations page names thirteen tools, in the order of the page: Zapier, Stripe, Segment, PayPal, Meta Pixel, MailChimp, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Drip, Creator.io, ConvertKit, Aweber, ActiveCampaign.
Meta Pixel in this row is an advertising counter, not a platform: it collects data about visitors, but there is nothing to publish through it. Everything else is payments, mailings, analytics and the application connector Zapier.
From this a practical thing follows: if you need publishing into a social network, it will have to be done by another tool, and Kajabi tied to it through Zapier — or the capabilities checked directly with Kajabi itself, because the open pages are silent about this.
How you earn with it
An affiliate programme is announced: the Kajabi Partner Program, with two types of participants — Affiliates and Agencies/Freelancers (programme description). Look for it in the help centre: on kajabi.com itself the pages /partners and /affiliates do not open.
The rate grows with the number of referred clients, and the first level is arranged differently from the rest:
- Starter Partner (1–4 clients) — a one-off bonus equal to 100% of the first month of the referred party's subscription;
- Builder (5–24) — 10% of every payment;
- Accelerator (25–49) — 15%;
- Premium (50+) — 20%.
On an annual plan the one-off bonus equals one month of that plan. At the Starter level the crediting is one-off; starting from Builder it is recurring — for as long as both the referred client and the partner themselves are active. A reservation by the tool: after twelve months without new referrals the right to commission is lost.
Payouts run through PayPal. The order is described in the questions and answers section: payouts are reviewed from the 19th to the 23rd of the month and are usually paid by the 25th, for transactions roughly sixty days old. A separate warning: with an incorrect PayPal address the payout is annulled after 90 days.
Who is admitted — here the main condition is this: the application is open only to current clients of Kajabi (the tool calls them Kajabi Heroes). From the outside there is no entering the programme. On cancelling a subscription, leaving the programme requires writing to partners@kajabi.com.

What it will not do
Earning on a recommendation without being a client is not possible: participation in the programme is open only to current subscribers of Kajabi. This is an announced condition.
The lifetime of the click tag is not named in the help centre, and neither is the minimum sum for a payout. Known are only the calendar dates of the review and the lag of roughly sixty days between the transaction and the payout.
Publishing a post to a social network through Kajabi is something the sources we checked do not allow us to assert: in the list of integrations there is not a single social network as a channel for publishing, only the Meta Pixel counter.
There is no section on pricing in this deep dive: the sources we checked name no prices for Kajabi. Nor is there data about a free plan or a trial period, about limits on the number of students or the size of files, or about a programming interface.
