Tray.ai
Tool · this deep dive is built from the official pages of the platform itself and of the tools that support it.
Overview
Tray.ai is an integration platform of the enterprise level, not an instrument for social networks. The self-description word for word: "Tray.ai is the AI-native enterprise iPaaS for building AI agents, governing Model Context Protocol (MCP), and integrating 700+ apps — orchestration for data and AI on one platform" (homepage). This is the tool's own claim about itself, not an independent assessment.
A divergence in the numbers is visible here right away, and it is worth naming. In the description the tool speaks of "700+ apps", while in the open library of connectors 467 records were counted on the date of the check. The numbers are different: either the tool counts differently (including, for instance, connectors not put out into the library), or the description has simply gone stale. It is more reliable to go by the library: its contents can be seen.
Social networks are a tiny share of that library. Out of the 467 connectors five correspond to social platforms; everything else is business systems with no bearing on the subject of running social networks. If you came for a post scheduler, this is not it.
The interface language of the homepage is en, taken from the markup attribute; no language versions are declared in hreflang.
The tool does have a machine-readable index llms.txt,; reading breaks off at 20,000 characters, so what is known is "no less than 19,865 characters" — that is the length of the piece that was read, not of the file. And the number itself is our measurement on the date of the check, not a claim by the tool.
Which platforms it works with
Out of the library of connectors five correspond to social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok Shop (library of integrations).
The tool's own breakdown by categories matters more than the list itself. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat are assigned to the Marketing category, while TikTok Shop is assigned to the Finance category. The last of these is worth reading attentively: it is a connector for the commerce part of TikTok, lying in the financial section, and it cannot be counted as confirmation of work with TikTok as a social network. It does not confirm the publishing of video.
Separately, the library holds Slack and Slack App — in the General automation services category, that is, as service means of automation and not as a platform for content.
What exactly each connector can do — publish, read statistics, reply to comments — the source does not spell out. The presence of a connector confirms the presence of a connector, and no more.
How you earn with it
The affiliate programme is not announced. /affiliate, /affiliates, /referral, /partner-program were checked — all give 404.
Partner directions do exist at the same time: on the partners page Solution Partner and Tech Partner are named, each with an application form. But neither commissions, nor a share of revenue, nor a commission for a referred customer is announced there. That is partnership in the sense of joint business, not a programme under which you are paid for a click on a link. The two should not be mixed.
What it will not do
It does not promise you the scheduling of posts in social networks: no such work is declared either in the self-description or in the library of connectors. Social networks here are five connectors out of 467, and of those TikTok Shop is assigned to finance.
Pricing, a free level and limits of use are not published. For a platform of the enterprise level this is to be expected: the price of such a thing is usually discussed rather than published.
It does not offer to pay for a referred customer: the partner application forms are there, the commission is not.
And it does not give itself up whole to a program reading the site: the index llms.txt was not read through to the end.
